Cindy 1 on 1 individual counseling

Everyone is different. Each life holds distinct challenges which change through each phase of life. That is why CST invites you to call and book an initial one-on-one complimentary session of individual counseling . You can meet Cindy in a private setting. You then can determine if Cindy’s strategies work for you and can enrich your life’s journey. 


Based on your specific needs, Cindy will meet with you weekly, bi-weekly, monthly  or as needed. When necessary, Cindy will work with you via phone, Skype or FaceTime—whatever your needs dictate. Most regular sessions are 45 minutes in length, again remembering that Cindy is flexible and works with you to make a mutual decision.
