This group is a facilitated yet free flowing atmosphere that encourages its participants to drive the conversation. The group is currently 90 minutes long and is held once a month with Cindy opening the session with a brief address that sets the tone for the discussion. In this casual, supportive setting you can chose to participate at your own comfort level. It is specifically designed to be a totally pressure free environment.
All participants are asked to email or phone Cindy Shore Therapy to sign up for the group. Any and all information provided during sign up is held in the strictest confidence and used primarily to notify you of any date change or cancellation that might occur. You are of course encouraged, if so desired, to exchange information with other participants in the group as that’s an ideal way to create a supportive community for yourself.
